Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Tusafiri Savannah Tours and Travels Affiliate Program, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from participating in the program.

 

2.  Enrollment and Eligibility

  • The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate contact and payment information to ensure the successful delivery of commissions.

 

3.  Commission Structure

We value our partners and offer a tiered commission based on the safari package type:

  • Mid-Range Safari Bookings: Affiliates will earn a 2% commission on the total value of confirmed mid-range bookings.
  • Luxury Safari Bookings: Affiliates will earn a 4% commission on the total value of confirmed luxury bookings.
  • Definition of “Confirmed”: A booking is considered confirmed only after the client has paid in full and the safari service has been successfully completed.

 

4.  Payment and Payout Terms

To ensure all bookings are honored and completed, our payment schedule is as follows:

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: Commissions may be withdrawn once your account balance reaches a minimum of $150.
  • Timing: The commission fee shall be paid one (1) week after the recommended client has finished their scheduled safari with Tusafiri Savannah Tours and Travels.
  • Payment Method: Payments will be processed via Wise, or Direct Bank Transfer. Tusafiri Savannah Tours and Travels will handle the standard transaction fees associated with sending the payment.

 

5.  Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Professionalism: Affiliates must represent the Tusafiri Savannah brand ethically and professionally at all times.
  • Content Standards: Affiliates may not promote Tusafiri Savannah on platforms containing misleading, illegal, or offensive material.
  • Disclosure: In accordance with international advertising standards, affiliates should disclose to their audience that they may earn a commission for referrals.

 

6.  Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any commissions earned for safaris completed prior to the termination date will be paid out according to the standard schedule, provided the $150 threshold has been met.

 

7.  Limitation of Liability

Tusafiri Savannah Tours and Travels will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (such as loss of anticipated revenue) due to affiliate tracking failures or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
